A record-breaking 89 Boston butts and 169 chickens were prepared at the new Genesis Express location on Jefferson Street, benefiting both Genesis Express Inc. and the upcoming Cadiz Rotary Radio Auction. The momentum continues Monday at 7:00 AM with the W.J. Hopson Kick-Off Breakfast at the Lake Barkley State Resort Park
